In the event that Company receives a request from a user to disclose their Personal Information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, we will promptly disclose the Personal Information to the user after verifying that the request has been made by the user in question (or notify the user accordingly if the requested Personal Information does not exist).
